**For reservations of more than 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;
***A deposit of R$1000.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.
