Comfortable, well-ventilated house, located on the north coast on the Estrada do Côco, in the Parque do Jacuípe Condominium, in Barra do Jacuípe, 15 minutes from Guarajuba, 30 minutes from Praia do Forte, newly built house, very pleasant, calm, family-friendly environment and an excellent leisure area all covered in grass. The condominium has a children's playground, small markets and restaurants, 24-hour security and is only a 2-minute drive from the access to where the river meets the sea, which can be reached on foot, without having to leave the condominium.
The house consists of 6 bedrooms, 5 of which are suites, all with split air conditioning, social bathroom, 3 living rooms, ground floor living room with 75° smart TV and another 65° smart TV in the living room on the 2nd floor, minibar in the upper living room, American kitchen with built-in cabinets, all brand new, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, freezer, coffee machine and all the utensils necessary for everyday life.

Other observations
1 - Bed linen and towels are NOT INCLUDED in the daily rate or in the cleaning fee. A fee of R$20.00 (TWENTY REAIS PER PERSON) per stay is charged and must be paid upon check-in.
2 - A deposit of R$1,000.00 is requested at check-in to be used for electricity and water consumption, which are charged separately, R$10.00 m3, R$1.10 KwH.
3 - Gas, Wi-Fi and pool maintenance are free of charge
