The house has 2 large floors with 4 suites, two with queen beds and 1 with king bed and a suite on the ground floor with two single beds with the option of making a king bed. All of them have split air conditioning, as does the living room. The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped, with the necessary utensils and even a microwave, 2 duplex refrigerators, a 5-burner stove and beer cooler, a wine cellar and high-quality Wi-Fi inside the house.
There is a barbecue area integrated into the house. We offer cooking and shopping services, with a pre-defined menu for R$150.00 per day. (optional)
*For your convenience, maid service is included in the rental every weekday.
The condominium has a private restaurant, open all day, which serves breakfast, snacks, drinks, juices and sandwiches.
