- We only rent to families, in order to avoid inconvenience to the residents of the building (non compliance with condominium rules, very loud sounds, putting clothes to dry on the balcony etc).
- The 1st bedroom (suite) has 01 double bed (box Queen), air conditioning, fan, TV 32 'LED SMART HUB WI-FI, DVD. The 2nd bedroom (reversible suite) has 01 double bed, air-conditioning, fan. The 3rd bedroom has 02 single beds, with air-conditioning, fan. There is also in the Apt 01 (one) Bi-bed (can form 02 single beds or 01 double bed). In the apt there are bed and bath linens.
- Ponta Verde is a neighborhood in the urban and tourist border of Maceió. The Atlântida Building is in the most noble location of Ponta Verde beach, with restaurants, snack bars, banks, car rental, jogging track, bike path, shopping mall with various services, beach huts with live music, regional folklore houses, craft shops, markets, pharmacies, raft trips. The airport is approximately 25 km from the Apt.
- The Atlântida Building is located at Francisco Laranjeiras Street, Nr 225, Apto 501, Ponta Verde neighborhood. It is a 13-storey building, on the seafront, in the front there is a small square with coconut trees. The building is on the block next to the Ponta Verde Hotel block. The best reference is the Hotel Ponta Verde, the taxi drivers know this hotel.
