The property, in addition to being less than 100 meters from the beach, is also close to the famous Pajuçara craft fair and close to the Ruth Cardoso convention center and the Jaraguá neighborhood.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
Luiz Gonzaga once sang: "Alagoas has such expensive jewels that my eyes never tire of looking / One of them is you, Pajuçara, / A beautiful beach set in the sea (...)". With a green sea that is in no way inferior to that of the Caribbean, natural pools of crystal clear water and coral reefs that turn the beaches into real swimming pools, Maceió and its surroundings win over visitors at first sight.
Pajuçara, Ponta Verde and Jatiúca - remember these names. The capital of Alagoas has one of the most beautiful urban coastlines in Brazil and these three beaches are responsible for much of the city's success. Tree-lined and lively day and night, Maceió's coastline draws attention due to its constant movement of people. With crafts and stalls selling great food to enjoy the beach or nightlife, the promenade is the heart of the city.
The beaches and tours are the city's main tourist attractions. Taking a raft ride to the natural pools of Pajuçara is a must.
Maceió still has a small town feel and a slower pace than other Brazilian capitals, and this is one of its great charms. Although it is relatively small, tourists who visit it can count on quality restaurants.
"Everyone who leaves Alagoas / Leaves their heart in Maceió" - this is what Luiz Gonzaga also sang. And you will probably feel the same way when you leave the city.
