The house is located in front of a reserve, within the city, 5 minutes from the center, surrounded by nature, 200m from the river. The street has a small dirt path and is dead end and with little movement.
The house, fully equipped, kitchen with all utensils, the swimming pool with solar heating, hydro and waterfall are 2 bedrooms, 1 of them with 1 double bed and 1 queen and the other bedroom with 1 double bed. Beautiful view of the cerrado, a very quiet and safe place to walk with your family. Open to negotiation!
